Refund Policy
Refund requests for IE Compat Bridge are reviewed manually. This policy describes the normal review window and the information needed for support.
Review window
Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you need a refund review. Send the purchase email, subscription or license email if different, payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Eligible cases
Refunds may be approved when a valid license cannot be activated, or when the extension cannot work on the user's configured legacy site after reasonable troubleshooting and the site does not fall outside the documented product boundary.
Non-eligible cases
IE Compat Bridge does not support ActiveX, COM controls, VBScript, Trident rendering, Java applets, or true IE7/IE8 document modes. Refunds are not normally approved for systems that require those technologies after the product boundary was disclosed before purchase.
How to request a review
Email kssicstudio@gmail.com with the subject "IE Compat Bridge refund request". Do not send passwords, cookies, private customer data, or screenshots containing secrets.
