Install and access

Install only through Chrome Web Store. After installation, open the extension popup, enter the same email address used at Paddle checkout, and refresh access. The license service only unlocks access after Paddle sends the signed purchase webhook.

Add only the hostnames you own or are authorized to use.
Grant Chrome host permission when the extension asks.
Refresh the legacy page after enabling a hostname.

What to send

Send the smallest reproducible description. Avoid sharing private page content, customer data, cookies, screenshots with secrets, or internal credentials.

Legacy hostname, for example intranet.example.com.
Which feature fails: frames, redirect, modal picker, date field, or old event handler.
Any local diagnostic text you intentionally copy from the extension.

Compatibility boundary

IE Compat Bridge is a Chrome JavaScript and DOM compatibility helper. It is not an Internet Explorer engine and cannot run ActiveX, COM controls, VBScript, Trident rendering, Java applets, or true IE7/IE8 document modes.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed manually. Contact support within 7 days of purchase and include the purchase email plus a concise description of the activation or compatibility issue.
